My name is Vinay. I was born and raised in the UK. I am the author of three books (with more to come).
I graduated in Computer Science from the University of Leicester. I am a software and IT professional by day, and an avid reader and writer by night. I love sharing my thoughts, ideas, and insights into philosophy, life, and spirituality.
 
I like to think of myself as a lifelong learner, and in fact, I believe we all are lifelong learners.
My goal is to see how spirituality and modern science can fuse to help us all live more joyful, purposeful, and meaningful lives. I am also a registered member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies).

I regularly travel to Bharat to gain experiences and insights into philosophy, wellness, and spirituality.
